PRIVACY NOTICE
How I handle your data.
This notice explains what personal data naviconsultancy.com collects, why, and how it is handled. It is written to meet the spirit of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to me directly.
Who is responsible
The site is operated by NatusVincere Consultancy Sdn Bhd (trading as NaVi Consultancy), company registration 1285712-A.

The contact form
When you use the form on the homepage, you send me your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected from the form.
- Purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to you. Your details are not added to a mailing list and are not sold or shared for marketing.
- How it travels: the form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which forwards it to my email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on my behalf under its own privacy policy.
- Retention: your message stays in my inbox for as long as our conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then it is deleted or archived.
Analytics and site services
- Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The data is aggregated and does not identify you to me by name.
- Cloudflare serves the site and provides privacy-friendly web analytics and security. Your IP address is processed by Cloudflare to deliver the pages and block abuse.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the typefaces and a small script library. Loading them discloses your IP address to those providers.
The site sets no advertising cookies and shows no third-party advertising.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email leo@naviconsultancy.com and I will respond personally.
Changes
If this notice changes, the version number and date at the top will change with it.
