I started NaVi Consultancy to build the brands — and back the people — the rest of the world overlooks. From Kuala Lumpur, across beauty, wellness, biotech, fitness and technology, with one belief: excellence travels.
NaVi Consultancy is a venture studio and holding company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, registered in 2018 as NatusVincere Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. 1285712-A). I build, back and operate consumer brands across beauty, aesthetics, wellness, biotechnology, fitness, pet care and technology. Rather than advise from the outside, I start the companies and stay to run them: each one listed on this page was built in-house, with its own brand and website. The portfolio currently runs to eleven companies across nine websites — Yes Global, Ann Aesthetic Clinic, NaVi BioTech, Cyto Tech, Cyto Tech Wellness, Cyto Tech Guangzhou, NaVi Marketing & Tech, Pegasus, PetDayz, MOFIT Gym and The Skin Lovers — covering GMP-certified contract manufacturing in Malaysia and China, a medical aesthetic clinic, a personal training gym, and direct-to-consumer brands in skincare, pet supplements, coffee and wellness. The name is Latin: natus vincere, born to win.
NaVi Consultancy is also known as the NaVi Group, the name its portfolio companies use. NaVi Consultancy works as a venture studio: I start consumer companies, back the people who run them, and stay involved in operating them.
I start companies from zero: the name, the brand, the product, the manufacturing, the website and the first customers. Not a deck, and not a hand-off.
I put capital and operating time behind people the rest of the market overlooks, in consumer categories I already work in. Backing here means supply chain, brand and introductions — not only a cheque.
I keep running what I build. Cyto Tech manufactures, Ann Aesthetic Clinic treats patients, MOFIT Gym trains members and The Skin Lovers sells skincare. That is what my week looks like.
I'm YB Leo, the founder of NaVi Consultancy. I started the company in Kuala Lumpur and still run it day to day, across manufacturing, clinic, gym and e-commerce businesses. Enquiries sent through this page reach my own inbox, and I answer them personally.
A venture studio builds companies itself instead of only funding them. At NaVi Consultancy that means I create the brand, the product and the operating company, put my own time and capital behind it, and keep running it afterwards. An investor buys into someone else's company; a studio starts the company and then hires around it.

Beauty, aesthetics, wellness, biotechnology, fitness, pet care and technology — all consumer-facing. The common thread is a physical product or service a customer pays for directly, with manufacturing, a clinic or a gym behind it.
